    Acanthus Tapestry Fabric designed by William Morris. This much-loved design from 1875 marked the beginning of a period in which Morris created large-scale designs for wallpaper. One of his most iconic patterns, it was the very first wallpaper released by Morris & Co. and now produced as a fabric and tapestry weave.     Acer Fabric designed by Zoffany. This exquisite design has been created by layering three very different techniques; weave, embroidery and print. A trail of acers, otherwise known as Japanese maple, were painted out and then printed onto a beautiful silk and linen quality. Abstract chrysanthemum heads are then embroidered over the top as if randomly falling on the leaves.
