Standard samples or cuttings
Standard size samples and cuttings cost £2.00
Samples & cuttings will vary in size depending on the brand/supplier.
Standard wallpaper samples are typically A4 and fabric samples A6.
Depending on stock availability, your sample/cutting will be sent out to you within 3-5 working days in the United Kingdom
Large Returnable or Appro samples
Large fabric samples, sometimes known as “LRS” Large Returnable Samples or “appro” Approval Samples.
If you require a large returnable wallpaper sample please email your request to websales@mistersmith.co.uk and we will see if we are able to supply one.
Returnable Samples are available for most fabrics and should be large enough for you to see the whole pattern.
We recommend upgrading to a Returnable Sample for fabrics with larger pattern repeats.
If you require a refund on these - Returnable samples must be returned to us within 14 days, as they need to be sent back to our suppliers.
Please send an email to websales@mistersmith.co.uk to advise us that you are returning a large returnable sample.
Please ensure your sample is returned to us as “tracked and sign for” and that you are able to track it’s progress to ensure it reaches us.

We charge you £25 for returnable samples, this amount is refunded on return of the sample within the time limit (14 days)
In the case that a returnable sample is not sent back to us within the given time, your deposit will not be refunded.
We cannot be held responsible for samples being lost in the post.
