Acanthus Tapestry Fabric designed by William Morris. This much-loved design from 1875 marked the beginning of a period in which Morris created large-scale designs for wallpaper. One of his most iconic patterns, it was the very first wallpaper released by Morris & Co. and now produced as a fabric and tapestry weave. With complex layering and vigorous curves, the scrolling acanthus foliage produces a three-dimensional effect and is available in diverse colourways. 90% Cotton 10% Nylon. 42,000 Rub Test.
