Initially an abstract painter, the Slade School graduate won a Boise Traveling Fellowship to Peru in 1975. There, Christopher Farr was enraptured by pre-Columbian textiles and, determined to explore ways to marry his love of abstraction to ancient textile arts. 25,000 rub test. 100% linen.
