Christopher Farr Cloth presents a new collection of woven and printed fabrics alongside complementary wallcoverings designed by interior designer Scott Yetman. Known for his classic interiors that fuse the modern with traditional design, Scott’s collection creatively blends luxurious weaves with bold and subtle printed stripes creating a cohesive and fresh offering for the new season. The journey and inspirations behind Scott Yetman’s new collection come from several sources. The first is the works of the late Agnes Martin, one of her generation’s most influential painters. Scott’s designs explore and interpret Agnes’s biomorphic forms and geometric abstraction. The second inspiration for the collection derives from the tactile weaves used in men’s fashion and tailoring, a passion of the designer. Finally, Scott’s native Canada and its rich heritage have also been a profound source of creativity for several of his designs.
