Delivery Charges

We can deliver products to your home which you have seen in our shops but which are not available on our website. The same shipping charges apply. To place your order contact websales@mistersmith.co.uk

Delivery is free on orders to the UK.

We don’t charge for delivery of standard samples.


Lead-times

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation.

Delivery lead times for the UK are typically 5 - 7 working days. You will need to provide a signature on delivery.

Some wallpapers and fabrics are printed to order; we will notify you of the lead time on these products.

We show a huge amount of product online, made by many different suppliers. We do not hold stock ourselves, so the exact lead time depends on when our suppliers deliver to us.

If you have ordered some items with a short lead time and some with a long lead time, we will deliver the items with a short lead time first and then deliver the remaining items separately when they are ready.

If you have ordered multiple products from different brands, your packages will not all arrive at once and may be delivered in separate shipments at different times.

Returns – Fabric

Please note we are unable to accept returns on items that have been cut to order. Lengths of fabric and trimming are cut to order, and so are not returnable.

Please place your fabric order carefully and when in doubt please order samples / cuttings of fabric to check colours and finishes.

In some circumstances, for fabric orders over 10m of the same fabric we may be able to accept returns but this will depend on the supplier and will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

We recommend you order a sample of the desired fabric before you order.

If you do not know how much fabric you need to order please contact us at websales@mistersmith.co.uk and we can advise you on the correct quantity to order.

Returns – Wallpaper

Unless the wallpaper is faulty, we are unable to accept returns on part orders of wallpaper – i.e. if you ordered 6 rolls and would like to return 1 roll.

We may be able to accept returns on full orders of wallpaper (3 or more rolls of the same paper) but this is on a case by case basis - we will need to contact the individual supplier on your behalf and they may not accept the return in which case we cannot accept the return.

We always recommend you obtain an accurate quote from a qualified decorator.

Mister Smith Interiors cannot be held responsible for you ordering the wrong amount of wallpaper or fabric.

Returns continued

All other items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

To return an item please email websales@mistersmith.co.uk quoting your Order Number and details of the items you would like to return.

Please wait for email confirmation from us before returning your items.

If you do not receive an email confirmation from us please do not return your items.

Please note that the Goods you are returning are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so please make sure they are well packed.

We recommend using a delivery service which requires a signature to ensure that you have proof of return.

The cost of returning an item is at your expense.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your items when you receive them.
For fabrics and wallpapers, please check you are happy prior to cutting or hanging.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Please try and take pictures of the damaged or faulty items and email them to us websales@mistersmith.co.uk
