Delivery & Returns

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs £4.95 in the UK, and is free on orders over £150

We do not charge delivery for sample orders up to £10 in value

Europe - £14.95 for Wallpaper orders only. Please email us with the items you would like to purchase and we send you an invoice.
We are unable to offer international shipping outside of Europe and we are unable to ship fabric outside of the UK.

Fabric is supplied on the roll regardless of quantity, for this reason you should expect the package to be between 140-150cm long.


Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation and a dispatch notification will be sent when your order is on its way. Some of our suppliers ship from outside of the UK and their delivery time frames are longer, when this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any delays in shipping.

Delivery lead times for the UK are typically 3 - 5 working days.

We show a huge amount of product online, made by many different suppliers. We do not hold stock ourselves so the exact lead time depends on when our suppliers deliver to us. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible with details of the delay.

If you have ordered some items with a short lead time and some with a long lead time, we will deliver the items with a short lead time first and then deliver the remaining items separately when they are ready.

If you have ordered multiple products from different brands, your packages may not all arrive at once and may be delivered in separate shipments at different times.

Items will be packed to protect against damage in transit. A signature may be required on delivery.



When courier tracking information is available we will strive to provide this.

Returns – Fabric

Please note we are unable to accept returns on items that have been cut to order. Lengths of fabric and trimming are cut to order, and so are not returnable.

We recommend you order a sample of the desired fabric before you order.

If you do not know how much fabric you need to order please contact us at and we can advise you on the correct quantity to order.

Mister Smith Interiors cannot be held responsible for you ordering the wrong amount of wallpaper or fabric.

Returns – Wallpaper

Unless the wallpaper is faulty, we are unable to accept returns on part orders of wallpaper – i.e. if you ordered 6 rolls and would like to return 1 roll.

Please contact us at if you need to return wallpaper.

To avoid returns and to help you order the correct quantity of wallpaper please refer to our wallpaper calculator, which can be found on every wallpaper product page.

We always recommend you obtain an accurate quote from a qualified decorator.

Please wait for email confirmation from us before returning your items.
If you do not receive an email confirmation from us please do not return your items.

Please note that the Goods you are returning are your responsibility until they reach our shop, so please make sure they are well packed. 
We recommend using a delivery service which requires a signature to ensure that you have proof of return.

The cost of returning any item is at your expense.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your items when you receive them.
For fabrics and wallpapers, please check you are happy prior to cutting or hanging.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Please try and take pictures of the damaged or faulty items and email them to us
